Services
Boiler Room Entertainment provides professional audio production services including mixing, mastering, vocal production, and related services. Service details, pricing, and turnaround times are outlined in individual project agreements.
Project Agreements
Booking and Payment
• All projects require a written agreement or booking confirmation
• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to begin work
• Final payment is due upon project completion before final delivery
• We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, or other agreed methods
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
Revisions
• Each project includes a specified number of revisions as outlined in your agreement
• Additional revisions beyond the included amount will incur additional fees
• Revision requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery
• Major project changes may require a new agreement and additional fees
Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
• Provide all necessary source files and materials in a timely manner
• Ensure you have rights to all materials provided to us
• Provide clear, written feedback during revision rounds
• Make payments according to agreed terms
• Respond to communications within agreed timeframes
Intellectual Property
Client Materials
You retain all rights to your original compositions, recordings, and intellectual property. By engaging our services, you grant us a license to work on your materials solely for the purpose of providing our services.
Our Work Product
Upon full payment, you receive the completed audio files and standard usage rights. We retain the right to:
• Use completed work in our portfolio and promotional materials (unless confidentiality is agreed)
• Retain project files for our records
• Reference the project in professional contexts
File Delivery and Storage
• Final files are delivered via secure download link
• Files remain available for 30 days after delivery
• Backup file storage is provided for 90 days from project completion
• Long-term storage is the client's responsibility
Cancellation and Refunds
By Client
• Projects may be canceled with written notice
• Deposits are non-refundable
• Work completed to date will be billed at standard hourly rates
• Cancellation fees may apply depending on project stage
By Boiler Room Entertainment
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service if:
• Payment terms are not met
• Client materials violate laws or rights of others
• Client behavior is unprofessional or abusive
• Technical or practical issues prevent project completion
Turnaround Times
• Estimated turnaround times are provided in good faith
• Rush fees apply for expedited services
• Delays caused by client actions (late files, feedback) extend timelines
• We are not liable for damages resulting from project delays
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• We do not guarantee commercial success of final products
• Technical issues, including but not limited to data loss, are not our responsibility after file delivery
Quality and Satisfaction
While we strive for excellence:
• Audio quality is subjective and final results may vary from expectations
• We work within the limitations of provided source materials
• Disputes regarding quality will be resolved through revision process
• No refunds are provided for subjective quality disagreements after revisions are completed
Confidentiality
We maintain confidentiality of your projects unless:
• You provide written permission for promotional use
• Disclosure is required by law
• Information becomes publicly available through other means
Communication
• Official communication is via email to addresses on file
• Response time during business hours is typically within 24-48 hours
• Emergency contact procedures are outlined in project agreements
• All project changes must be confirmed in writing
Disputes and Governing Law
• Any disputes will first be addressed through good faith negotiation
• If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration
